River Fun

Gabriel had his first swim in the Umpqua River yesterday. The Bradford family all gathered to celebrate Todd's 38th birthday. There is a nice little beach on Granny's property. The water there is shallow and slow moving. He got to go out with Todd into the deeper water too. Todd floated down stream ahead of Gabriel and let the current carry Gabriel to him. Gabriel was a little worried for a few seconds, but relaxed when he saw Dad was getting closer. We played all afternoon. Andrew got to put his toes in too. They were worn out by the end of the day and we were too.

The Shredder Strikes Again!

I am absolutely amazed by the items Gabriel is able to shred. A few weeks ago he shredded a very thick cardboard tube. Today I could not believe my eyes, he tore up a laminated map of Alaska! I don't know how he did it, but he did. Todd will not be pleased when he gets home.
